I support you by extending compassion to the aspects of you that have been criticized, neglected, abandoned, unloved, unacknowledged, invalidated, or abused. I assist by evoking a spirit of curiosity into your anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, and relationship issues. I help you discover your authentic self by working toward befriending and appreciating the walls that protect your heart. We do the work collaboratively to bring strength to your system, eventually releasing the need for so much protection. My style of therapy is not about what is wrong with you, but an inquiry into what happened to you. I offer open-hearted, deep acceptance. I hold sacred space for strong feelings of shame, guilt, sadness, resentment, anxiety, and unworthiness. I empower you with knowledge about why you're experiencing life the way you are.
